Projects most often stem from a problem in the organisation and a desire to improve something.
Are you struggling to recruit and want to boost your profile in the local area?
Has your staff turnover increased and you want to target initiatives that will retain employees?
Have you won or lost business which is impacting your future resource requirements?
Are your current systems causing you or your team extra work and need an upgrade?
Whatever the project, I have the skills and experience to lead these for you so your team can focus on 'business as usual' activities.
Each project and organisation is different and before commencing the project we will discuss who needs to be involved, in what capacity, and agree a target completion date.
