I have spent 15 years working in HR teams of between 2 and 65 people, completing a huge variety of HR projects.
My roles have been on-site, regional and in Shared Services so I have a broad range of experiences to ensure best practice and efficiency in my approach to project management.

With 10 years spent in Shared Services entailing one acquisition and one business sale, I am well versed in implementing and integrating HR Shared Services functions. From initial planning stages through to implementation, reporting and improvement, I bring a wealth of knowledge.
Organisational design, talent management and succession planning are all value-add activities that get neglected. I can provide the templates and tools and lead conversations to ensure risks are highlighted and help you to have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
I have experience in managing multiple, large-scale redundancy programmes. From drafting documentation to tracking data and reporting for Senior Leaders, I have managed every stage. Communication is key during redundancy programmes and I can take care of that too.
Sometimes it may not feel appropriate for internal HR colleagues to pick up an ER case if it involves senior stakeholders or allegations against the HR team. I offer full case management and report writing, and work with a number of other HR Consultants to cover additional stages and note taking.
As a Clarity4D accredited practitioner I offer personality profiling and development workshops. These are available on an individual basis or teams, with the follow on of action planning and continuous improvement for your team. Clarity4D follows the same model as Colours Insights.
We often work around system flaws or process inefficiencies and never get around to fixing the problem. I review processes in their entirety, understand the aim of the process and offer redesign and improvement services to make your life easier and more efficient.
