I deliver all training myself.
Training usually takes place at your premises. If you don't have capacity at your premises for group training I offer online services, or you may choose to hire a local venue at your expense.
My training is scenario based to enable attendees to apply what they've learned and embed their knowledge. To enable meaningful discussion and encourage participation I suggest attendee numbers should be capped at 10-12 people per session. Participation and willingness to share tend to decrease as group size increases which limits the learning achieved.
In-person courses are delivered as half or full day sessions (3 or 6 hours) with a break half way and lunch break included on a full day course. Each course listed below has a specified course length.
My standard courses are detailed below or I design bespoke courses to suit your organisation and your HR policies or processes. Standard courses use UK Statutory processes. The content of the courses can be as specific or as broad as you want them to be, designed to tackle a specific issue or training need or as a full line manager training package.
