Online / virtual training

Online training is convenient and cost effective for organisations whose workforce is split across several locations or training facilities are unavailable.


We also offer face-to-face training - check out these courses using the button below.

In-person training

Who delivers the training?

We deliver all training according to specialisms.

Where is training delivered?

Training is delivered via Microsoft Teams. We will provide a link prior to the session and required an attendee list. Only those booked into the training will be admitted. Please ensure your delegates are able to use Microsoft Teams so the session can start on time.

How many attendees can go to a session?

The huge benefit of online training is that attendee numbers are not limited by the facilities available. We do not cap the number of attendees for online courses as they run as a 'telling' session with Question and Answer opportunities at various intervals.

How long do the training sessions last?

We suggest online training is capped at 2 hours. This is to allow delegates to focus and not be distracted by emails, mobile phones etc. For longer courses, several sessions could be arranged to allow content to be covered thoroughly - we suggest these take place on different days or at least 2 hours apart.

What do we offer?

Our standard courses are detailed below or we will design bespoke courses to suit your organisation and your HR policies or processes. Standard courses use UK Statutory processes. The content of the courses can be as specific or as broad as you want them to be, designed to tackle a specific issue or training need or as a full line manager training package.
