All of our sessions are delivered by a Bitesize HR team member according to specialisms.
Training is delivered either at your premises, your selected off-site venue or via Microsoft Teams.
For in-person sessions we have a maximum of 12 attendees to enable discussion and boost engagement. For online sessions, we do not cap the number of attendees as they run as a 'telling' session with Question and Answer opportunities at various intervals.
In-person sessions can be either half or full-days; 2.5 or 5 hours of training time respectively. We suggest online training is capped at 2 hours to allow delegates to focus and not be distracted by emails, mobile phones etc. For longer online courses, several sessions could be arranged to allow content to be covered thoroughly - we suggest these take place on different days or at least 2 hours apart.
