Hi, I'm Lucy, an experienced Head of Human Resources and CIPD Level 7 qualified.

Since 2008 I have worked in large, corporate businesses including New Look Retailers, Peugeot Citroen, Balfour Beatty, Interserve and Mitie.  My experience is varied across lots of industries from Warehousing, Retail, Engineering, Construction and the NHS which has given me a great, all-round experience in all aspects of HR. 

Throughout my HR career my job has been to decode all things Human Resources for Line Managers and for junior HR colleagues. My mission is to use these skills to help you and your business thrive! 

I've worked in a number of Generalist HR roles across my career, supporting large numbers of employees in one location, as a Regional HR contact visiting sites across the South of the UK and also in Shared Services providing remote Human Resources advice and support. This rounded experience gives me great insight to understand your businesses, the people challenges you face and how I can best support you.
